They run before work, after work, during lunch, at night. Talking 5k, 10k, 21k, marathons and distances you’ve never even thought possible to run in a day.

They run before work, after work, during lunch, at night. Talking 5k, 10k, 21k, marathons and distances you’ve never even thought possible to run in a day.

Wrooooooong!
You should run, we all should run. The question is how to tackle all the noise around you. Distances, times, number of days a week to run, races.
The answer is to not care. The answer is to look at a child, if you have your own or just seen one doesn’t matter. If you’ve ever seen a child you’ve probably seen it run. Children run all the time, without a care in the world how many days a week, how long, hard or fast. They just run, because they can and love it.
And so should you, run because you can. Don’t worry about distance, time, speed or how many days a week. Just run. The secret is to do it and stop worrying about all the other stuff.
Just run!
